- Fee includes daily irrigation, seasonal seeds and seedlings and the use of farming tools.
- Farm plot includes the area of public facilities and common area.

- $900/season/100sq. ft, advance payment for 1 season, ie. 3 months
- $1500/half year/100sq. ft, advance payment for half year
- $ 2400/year/100sq. ft, advance payment for a year
Since 2009, only Friends of SEED can rent the farm plots and deposit is $800.

- Take the No. 71 Green Minibus which terminal is near the Tai Wing Wah Restaurant.
- Take the No. 71 Green Minibus which is outside the Kam Sheung Road West Rail Station or at Tai Lam Tunnel Bus Transit Station. Make sure the minibus goes to Ho Pui Tsuen direction.
